2. Cancellations
If you cancel before project kickoff, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total project fee. Once kickoff has taken place, no refunds will be issued.
3. Project Pauses
Clients may pause their project for up to 90 days. Beyond this period, resuming the project may incur additional fees.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a breach of our Terms. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks.
5. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by Stitch N Scale management.
