Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 1.8.25

At Stitch & Scale, we take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized services. Because our work is tailored to each client’s brand, our refund policy is strict to protect both parties.

1. Refund Policy

Once project work has commenced (e.g., strategy calls, design drafts, sourcing research), payments are non-refundable. This is due to the significant time, expertise, and resources invested from the start.

2. Cancellations

If you cancel before project kickoff, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total project fee. Once kickoff has taken place, no refunds will be issued.

3. Project Pauses

Clients may pause their project for up to 90 days. Beyond this period, resuming the project may incur additional fees.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a breach of our Terms. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by Stitch N Scale management.
